i have noticed since living in the suburbs after living in the busy town of Southend on Sea, where it was quite urban, how everyone seems to know each others business or wants to know or makes it up if they dont! do you know what i mean!

Did you hear the news today
at no 1 she died
the man at 62 is having an affair with a new bride!
at no 54 they say the owner his dog he kicked!
oh goodness gracious it cant be true
do you really believe all that twaddle
yes and theres a duck in my bathroom too
look! here it goes, waddle, waddle, waddle!
Now gossip is something we all do
it has to be said
you must admit it
some snippets you have been fed!
and did you wonder
now is this true
or are they making it up
just to fool you
because life is quiet and not much happening
we all need a good buck up!
I take all that i hear these days with a mighty big pinch of salt
and dont take seriously what is uttered
nor on which side your bread is buttered
either for that matter
or which court your ball is thrown
or where abouts your seeds are sown
So be fair and gets things in perspective
try to be positive and never negative
help your neighbours friends and foe
as you never know which way things will go
a helping hand you might surely need one day
so be happy and charitable EVERY DAY!
