Now Polly Guide Dog girlie I know you are very smart

but lets make a start

have a break from all that working

lets find a ball

and then you’re talking

ball games, tug of war and more

I just love to play so come inside my door

such fun we can have when no ones looking

and up to some tricks we can sure be cooking

Guide dogs do an important job for sure

making sure mums safe outside the door

but you need a break

and some fun to make

a biscuit bone or two

for you

its true

will make you smile

and we can have a natter

in our doggy ways

nothing could be better

I love to have a tail wag with you

and when your busy working day is through

lets meet for some fun

and go for a run

that’s what doggies do best I think

apart from when they roll in pooh

then oh! what a stink!

our dog days are short so lets get with it

you know you will never regret it

Even as a Guide Dog who takes the test

you are same

you love a game

so off we go 

you never know

they might give us a treat or two

if we look all soppy eyes and blue!
