It is so difficult to stay stum
When people kick you in the bum!
We want to tell our pals our woes
As annoyance verbrates from our head to our toes
Judge not thy fellow being
Now isn’t that hard?
Perhaps when they deal you that wrong card
That’s not so good
Your misunderstood
Trampled on
Misconstrued
Frustration
Annoyance
Words of hate
Vibrate
From your soul
Shake you whole
Keep your heart at peace
And fret not
All this hot air can soon be forgot
And this is what I say my dear
Leave behind that fear
There is a road wide and long
So take it
And sing another song

I became interested in poetry and try to write about things from my heart that are associated with events in my life or events going on in the World at large or closer to home. I am a visual artist and still am to a certain extent having exhibited some of my work as a visually impaired artist using sponges to paint. I have lost most of my eyesight in recent years to advanced glaucoma and my vision is now very limited I am finding my creativity now evolving in writing poetry and hope to publish my own book of verse in the future.
